The food we eat can help us live to be 100 and beyond. The blue zones are areas in the world where people live the longest and are the happiest. People in the Blue Zones eat whole grains, greens, nuts and beans.
It is amazing how some people can live a long healthy life. I was at a family picnic and my 88-year-old auntie kept reminding me of her age. I have to give it to her. She looks more like 68 than 88. She does not live in a Blue Zone. But she does have a similar lifestyle to those who live in the Blue zone.
