3 Achievable Tips to Get You Energized and Moving

It is Saturday. Or maybe any day of the week. There is more than a foot of snow. The temperature is below freezing. It is a slow morning. I am tempted to stay in bed under a warm down blanket. But fighting the reasoning to stay in bed. A good warm breakfast is a reason to get up and move. Maybe a bowl of oatmeal with fresh strawberries.
