Everyone who wants to be the best at something has a coach. Think of a coach as a guide who takes you from where you are now to where you want to be. They are all types of coaches. A life coach, a spiritual coach, and a relationship coach and a health and wellness coach just to name a few. There is no legal definition for coach. So how do you find a good coach when everyone says they are a coach?
