The tech world is buzzing with talk about Facebook’s Meta Verse. It is an immersive experience that feels real. Another name for the Meta Verse is virtual reality. The technology is still evolving. But there are impressive ways the technology is being used right now.

My first experience with virtual reality was the ride Soarin at Disneyland. It is an airborne hang-gliding flight over the wonders of the world. I loved every second of it. It was amazing.

My second experience was at an educational conference. Wearing a virtual reality headset, I was walking on a high-rise plank at a construction site of a new building. It was so realistic. I actually felt like I was on a plank high in the sky.
