What is laughter yoga?
It’s a series of breathing exercises from yoga and laughter exercises. People get together in person or online and practice laughing.
Laughter yoga was started in 1995 with five people. Now it is present in more than 116 countries and there are approximately 20,000 free laughter social clubs. Classes are about 30 minutes long.

Scientific studies have shown that our bodies and our brains cannot differentiate between spontaneous laughter and other types of laughter.
