When you’re joining a crowd and laughing out loud you’re probably at a party or at a movie or comedy club. Do you want to bring more laughter and joy into your life? Do you want to have less stress. People are doing laughter yoga.

What is laughter yoga?

It’s a series of breathing exercises from yoga and laughter exercises. People get together in person or online and practice laughing.

Laughter yoga was started in 1995 with five people. Now it is present in more than 116 countries and there are approximately 20,000 free laughter social clubs. Classes are about 30 minutes long.

Besides Being Fun There Are a Lot of Health Benefits

Scientific studies have shown that our bodies and our brains cannot differentiate between spontaneous laughter and other types of laughter.
